1. Can I pay when I collect?
No, payment has to be made when placing your order at checkout (using or credit/debit card, or via EFT). Work will not begin until payment has been received. All of our products are custom made, with your name, your photos, in your choice of colours, theme and design, therefore payment has to be made when placing your order. Payment confirms your order.
2. Where about are you'll based?
Our design studio & workshop is based in Umhlanga.
3. Where can we collect from?
Umhlanga or Morningside. The address and collection times will be e-mailed to you once we receive your order.
4. How long will my order take?
Our general turn-around time on orders is 5-7 working days.
During busy periods and for bigger orders, our turn-around time is 7-10 working days. Each product has a turn-around time which is listed on each product page.
5. What are your delivery times?
Mondays to Fridays, 08h00 - 17h00.
6. Can you show me what it would look like?
All of our products are custom made, so we cannot show you a picture until it has been designed and produced, unless you choose an existing design from a product we have made before. Our customers have placed a lot of trust in us by ordering a product they haven’t seen before, so rest assured, you will be satisfied with the final product. To give you peace of mind, we will send you the design before manufacturing, if requested.
7. Can I come in to see what you have?
(In a really nice way:) No. Oh So Glamorous (Pty) Ltd is an online store. We have 2 collection points in Durban (Umhlanga & Morningside). Since all of our products are custom made and personalised, it doesn't make sense to open a physical store. We do have samples of certain items which you are welcome to come in and view by appointment only.
